Providing neurodiverse prisoners with the support they need increases their chance of reintegrating back into society and reduces the likelihood of reoffending. There is capacity for 45 prisoners ...

Pastor where? Which church in Jamaica? Nice video. More information needed.
there staff are being hosted like the very government there being funded by they provoke service users which in turn feeds the entity operating in there field its never about what the system can offer those place within it but what they can get out of them its a demonic system that generating loosh in probation centre prisons in courts a workforce of gaslighting shit talkers
service users are dealing with narcisist in these probation centres for the most part probation officers will twist your comments and thus gaslight you upon it if you say something along the lines of i know thyself there gaslight you with a cock and bull story and attempt to convince you other wise that your lacking self awareness they basically polarize your own personel truth and everything you say with gaslighted falsehoods they try to dupe your perception of self and how others perceive you what there trying to do is brain train you in to not trusting your own sense of self and what is and isnt real there trying to make you self doubt your self
the probation service have a massive staffing turn over the criminal sector like the probation service is infested with narcissistic scum like other area of our criminal justice system its a joke
I will be fulfilled when I become prison officer,i just can't wait to be a staff.
Propaganda.😮
there narcisistic scum and someone going to get a release from the meet suit one of these days
this narcisistic workforce is going to get slammed with the truth and crushed by this awakening! I fear no demon
Free meee im in bollyyyyy
Probation is a absolute joke😂
Mr Beans everywhere

since 2020 people have woken up to the scummy system and the utter bs they talk which is good to see
I'm on the merit list still waiting ✋️
Well done to you all for the difficult job that you do for us!.❤️💯🤔👍
is A wing normal location or the protection wing ??
This video makes the job seem very rewarding, not that stressful, and not particularly difficult. I wonder if this really is the reality 🤔
A thankless, dangerous job. As an Ex-Officer, I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's not just the prisoners, it was the Governors that made a difficult job nigh on impossible.
What is salary £80k?
Never seen such a false clip.
My boy is a lifer..a good prison officer makes a difference..I did not get my video link visit on my son's birthday...planed well in advance! Also my birthday card two days late...the same person dealing with it on his house block..see what happens next week

there cashing in on service users feeding them lies to hood wink them in to doing programes not order by the court they dont need they get extra money for recalls its all wrong they got bent doctors all so working along side the probation service feeding service users lies and misdiagnosing service users with disorders so that they qualify to be place on therapy programes they dont need there all so cashing in on service users its not what the criminal justice system can do for offenders but what they can get out of them though lies and deception they attempt to pull the wool over service users eyes though feeding them gaslighted falsehoods
The probation service is a narcissistic organization interaction with service users is all a game to incriminate and antagonize service users to create the desired behavioural response to scapegoat the target as the problem The Hegelian dialectic they flip & twist everything service users say The system is inherently corrupt and they all play a role in that corruption Once you know their game you can play it to your own advantage and reverse the game onto them If they don't get the desired response what they do is fabricate evidence against the service user and present false accounts of fictitious incidents that have no basis in fact they create drama and conflict for service users and put on a theoretical performance displaying passive aggressive behavior to elicit a response from them
Well done to all those hard working Prison officers for the very difficult job that they do. 💯🤔👍
My dream job
My greatest joy will be the day I become a prison officer
Bunch of controlling fascist scuum
This was actually a very interesting video to watch
this narcisistic workforce is going to get slammed with the truth and crushed by this awakening! I fear no demon
I have just started to fill out the application form for the role of a Trainee Probation Officer. Do you have any advice on the way you'd fill out the application? It would be much appreciated. Sal
very educative.
wat she enjoyed was being around a bag of men and the attention that she would not be getting on road
, You say what does a probation officer do well I will tell you what you do... as a man with a disability I went to gay saunas locally I found that I had made friends with a man that you would have known or have sent to the gay saunas he was a sex offender towards young children convicted if your probation service did not send him to the gay saunas you definitely would have been monitoring him in the community and would have known that he was going to these places but he was not gay or bisexual I believe you send sex offenders to places like gay saunas to get them off the streets I had been going around with him for several years before I found out he had been convicted of sex offenses towards young children . I do not go to gay saunas anymore...
Single dads go to gay saunas people that leave it mix housing developments i.e with families go into gay Saunas you are putting us at risk.. You should know better
Propaganda add. Lock yourself up
a high ratio of modern day probation officers are narcisist there flocking in to these criminal justice sector roles becuase it fuels there need for power over others and need for narc supply they go in to these jobs with negative intent baiting and gaslighting service users to try and induce self doubt and confusion and trying to convince them of falsehoods about themself they think they are going to just blindy except what they have to say they try to break them mentally gaslighting service users is a attack upon there sense of self and what is and isnt real narc probation officers will gaslight them and try to convice them of all kinds of falsehood about themselves through means of repetition narc probation officers take what service users says and will try to convince them of the opposite of what they have communicated here is a exsample if a service user was to say to a number of different probation officers i know thyself this then get logged on the computer system as everything that is discussed is logged then if the next probation officer is a narcisist there look on the computer system to see whats been discussed with other probation officer the narcisist probation offficer will then take that information and gaslight the service with that information there polarize the narrative of whats ever you have said to another staff member and try to over write and replace that reality with there gaslighted falsehoods so if you say your self aware the narcisist probation officer will flip that and try to convince you other wise that this isnt the case by falsely enphasing over the course of time that you have no self awareness by feeding you a load of cock and bull stories remember this is a narcisist they try to control your reality though attemping to dupe your perception of what is when your right about something there tell you your wrong there come back at you with a falsehood for everything you say that is true what they are doing is all about braintraining you in to not trusting your own intuition and awaraness its all a projection of there own tragic reality there behavior bears no reflection on service users its reflection of them
What a complete load of rubbish.... I know people on licence who are on the street because the system does not work
Ok nice vid I guess
Montelupi cracow strict rigor for dangerous criminal
At Silesia remind a castle here at danger people former barracks
As a Supervising Officer, Let me give some advice to anyone thinking of joining the prison service. Let me tell you some real facts from on the ground. When the higher ups decided to turn the prison service soft, eliminate discipline and focus on rehabilitation they created a dangerous environment where the prisoners started to gain the control and the staff have become intimidated. Because of this, the bully and gangster prisoners who run the drug market inside run the wings and go unchallenged by staff, therefore creating an environment where rehabilitation can not take place, because all the prisoners that actually want to live in a safe environment and change their lives fear for their safety or are pushed into continuing their drug use ect by the prisoners that run the wings. Honestly, they have messed up big time. Discipline needs to be reinstalled, staff need to take back control, then you will have a safer environment for actual rehabilitation to take place. I don't believe this can happen as it's to far gone now unfortunately. It is a failing and dangerous place. Discipline is completely gone, the prisoners will talk to staff like they are a piece of shit, and assault officers with no real repercussions, which then leads to more assaults on staff as the prisoners know they get away with the minimum for it. I myself have been assaulted a few times, and the most the prisoner got was loss of canteen for a week, the police are not interested in prosecuting prisoner on staff assaults unless it is very serious injury, as they just say it is not in the public interest to prosecute. The system is run on appeasement, that's the only way we maintain now the little control we have left. The prisoners are in control and go largely unchallenged due to staff fearing for their safety and a growing culture of just not challenging, so if you are one of the few officers who actually challenge poor behavior or rule breaking, you are then targeted by the prisoners. It is not the 90s anymore, and the criminals inside are more sophisticated and ruthless. They have the technologies and abilities through illegal smart phones and contacts to threaten the safety and security of staff. I myself have had my car windows broken at my home address as an intimidation tactic, although it didn't work. The prisons are also now full of officers far to young or with little to no life experience to deal with the sort of people locked up, and yes, the prisoners know this and prey upon them to manipulate. Don't get me wrong, I've had some enjoyable years in the service, and had good times with staff and prisoners, but things are changing rapidly, speak to most experienced staff and they will tell you the same thing. I myself am now leaving the service to go into a new career, so I am being honest and open. I would have stayed if I thought things might get better, but unfortunately they won't, they will continue to get worse as they do year on year. Just check the statistics, they don't lie, but they also don't tell the whole truth.
Well said
Sir I read every word you wrote . Very beautifully written. Such a loss for the HMP losing a supervisor.
Served a short time myself as a prison officer , and lasted under a year. Way too much work for an officer to do on a daily basis. Someone has a fight and needs restraining, you need to fill out paperwork for that , and also put them on report. This is more paperwork. There isn’t the time to complete this paperwork but it needs to be done asap, often in your own time. No one has the time to help train you so it’s a case of sink or swim. I left the army to do the job to so I wasn’t particularly inexperienced.
Wow, the inmates wear regular clothing.
Must I be a resident of the UK before I can apply? I can't submit my application form because I'm being asked to provide national insurance number.
Heart warming . Thank you for taking the time to put this togther.
